Garrett Fraser
Precision Agronomist
Garrett Fraser was born and raised near Cochrane, AB on a mixed farming operation specializing in beef and crop production. He brings a lifetime of experience in agriculture beginning with involvement in 4-H, and other youth programs at a young age.
After attaining a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Marketing at La Roche University in Pittsburgh, PA while on an NCAA Lacrosse scholarship, Garrett returned home to help manage the family ranching operation upon completion of university. With a strong passion for agriculture, Garrett attended Olds College and is a recent graduate from its Precision Agriculture – Techgronomy program, the first of its kind in North America.
The Precision Ag landscape is still in its infancy when it comes to reaching its potential. This is something that excites Garrett for the future of Ag and what brought him to Sure Growth to work with a like minded team. Currently, Garrett works remote from Alberta while maintaining involvement in the family farming operation.
Away from the farm you’ll find Garrett at a golf course or hockey rink, pending on the season.
